7 September Club Afternoon
What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us.
There was plenty of friendly banter as 24 players got stuck into some competitive bowls. It was lovely to see family and friends on the veranda keeping an eye on the proceedings and joining our players for sausages and burgers in a bun perfectly cooked and served by David and Jill. Thank you!
Our winners on the day were Martin G and Janet who were the highest scoring pair, with Gavin and Frank close runners up. We were also delighted to see Steve and Frank, our newest members demonstrating their new bowling skills and jointly taking the win on the Corner to Corner!
