Pay to Play
In association with Bowls England, this year we are trialling a 'Pay to Play' option to anyone who would like to give bowls a go.
Come along to our Thursday Club Afternoon when non-members and members can come along for a 'Roll Up' (bowls language for an informal, friendly session, where everybody that pitches up is guaranteed a game), some coaching and lots of socialising.
What experience do I need…
Absolutely none! Members will be on hand to make you welcome and get you bowling.
When can I come to the Club…
The weekly afternoon Roll Up takes place every Thursday at our Club Afternoon (May to September) from 14:00 and 19:00.
What do I need…
The Club has a selection of bowls available for you to have a go. All you need is a pair of flat soled shoes (trainers), and hopefully (weather dependent) a sun hat.
Do I need to join the Club to play...
No, you can pay to play at our Club Afternoons every Thursday during the bowls season.
Head to the Play-Bowls site to book your session. Adults £5 per person, Juniors (up to 17 year's of age) £2 per person.
Book a one hour session and stay for up to two hours for the same price!
